Bunus138 – A simple download and installation process for all Malaysian users
More than just a regular casino app — bunus138 was purpose-built with Malaysian players' needs as the top priority from day one of development.
All personal data and financial transactions are protected with banking-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. Your information stays secure at all times.
The app is optimised for Malaysia's 4G networks and WiFi. Slot games and Live Casino titles load in under two seconds even on moderate broadband connections.
The entire bunus138 app interface is available in the Malay language. Players don't need to rely on auto-translation that can sometimes be confusing.
Receive notifications directly to your phone whenever there's a new promotion, exclusive offer or ongoing slot tournament at bunus138.
Make deposits or withdrawals directly from the app using DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost or GrabPay without opening a separate browser.
The bunus138 app supports both screen orientations. Play slots in portrait mode or Live Casino in landscape mode for a wider viewing experience.
View all your deposit, withdrawal and wagering records in detail directly within the app. This reporting feature makes managing your finances straightforward.
Contact the bunus138 support team directly from within the app via live chat. Responses are typically received in under two minutes during peak hours.
Bunus138's dark interface reduces eye strain during late-night sessions while saving your device's battery at the same time.
If you have ever tried playing online casino games on your phone through a regular web browser, you probably know how frustrating the experience can be — slow loading screens, tiny buttons that are hard to tap, and games that sometimes cut out mid-session for no clear reason. The bunus138 app was designed specifically to solve all of that at once.
The bunus138 development team spent over a year optimising every aspect of this app before its public launch. It was never simply a "copy" of the desktop version shrunk to a smaller screen — every interface element, from button sizes to menu navigation, was redesigned around how Malaysians actually use their phones. The result is an app that feels natural and comfortable, even for first-time online casino users.
On the technical performance side, the bunus138 app uses smart caching technology that allows games to load faster on your second visit and beyond. This means even on a slower mobile data connection, gameplay remains smooth without frustrating interruptions. bunus138's internal testing shows an average game load time of under 1.8 seconds on a standard 4G network.
Security is bunus138's top priority. Every in-app session is protected by the same 256-bit SSL encryption used by Malaysia's major banks. Your login credentials are never stored in plain text, and all financial information is processed through channels certified with international security standards. If you enable two-factor authentication in your account settings, every login attempt from a new device will require an additional verification code.
One of the most popular features among bunus138 players is the smart notification system. Unlike other apps that flood your phone with irrelevant alerts, bunus138 only sends notifications that matter — for example, when your deposit bonus is about to expire, when the weekly slot tournament begins, or when a limited-time promotion matches your playing habits. You can also customise the types of notifications you want to receive directly from the app settings.
The bunus138 APK is scanned and certified malware-free by our internal security system before every update is released. Always download from the official bunus138 page only to avoid files that may have been modified by third parties.

One thing that sets bunus138 apart from other platforms is its ongoing commitment to app updates. The bunus138 technical team releases minor updates almost every two weeks to fix small bugs, improve performance and add new games. Major updates with new features are released quarterly after thorough testing across a wide range of device models.
For Android users, updating the bunus138 app can be done directly within the app itself — you'll receive a notification when a new version is available and can download the latest APK file with a single tap. No need to search for the website or remember the download URL again. The update process typically completes in under a minute depending on your internet speed.
IOS users will receive update notifications via the installed configuration profile. The iOS update process works slightly differently but is just as straightforward — you'll be guided step by step with clear on-screen instructions.
For technical support, bunus138 provides three main channels to assist users during or after the download process. First, in-app live chat operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Second, the Help section within the app, which contains illustrated guides for every installation step. Third, a support email for issues that require a more thorough review by the technical team.
The most commonly reported issue among new users is a security warning message during Android APK installation. This is completely normal and not a sign of danger — it is simply Android's default security mechanism for apps installed outside the Play Store. Just follow the instructions provided in the installation guide and you will install the bunus138 app without any issues.
For those who prefer not to download the app, the bunus138 mobile web version is also an excellent option. Simply open your phone's browser, visit bunus138.com and the site will automatically adapt to your mobile screen. All games, deposit features and customer support are fully available on the mobile web version.
